The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Rajkiya Engineering College, Mainpuri, was established in 2016. Since its inception, the department has seen four batches graduate, with more than 320 students completing their degrees by 2024. Our graduates have excelled in various competitive exams such as GATE, CAT, ESE, and others, and many have secured positions in well-reputed industries.Despite being a relatively young department, we have established well-equipped laboratories for undergraduate and advanced studies in mechanical engineering. Our department also serves as a research center for Ph.D. scholars in Mechanical Engineering, affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. We are proud to note that one of our research scholars, Dr. Rajeev Singh, successfully completed his Ph.D. under the guidance of Dr. Avadesh K. Sharma (HoD).We are dedicated to the all-round development of our students, providing them with opportunities to engage in professional societies, branch associations, and various extracurricular activities. Our goal is to nurture capable engineers who can contribute significantly to the field and society.
